Decepticon Top-Notch Bust

Primary Function: Enforcer

Bio: Top-Notch doesn't really believe in the Decepticon cause, and he makes that clear too. What he does believe in, however, is that the Autobots don't stand a chance against the Decepticon army, and Top-Notch wants to be on the side that doesn't get him killed. Despite being one of the least dedicated Decepticons, he's not as disloyal as one might think. He wants to be sure that he didn't make the wrong choice when joining the Decepticons, and to ensure that he didn't he took the role of making sure that nobody deviates from Galvatron's will. If it weren't for the fact that Top-Notch fills out his role well, he would have been into scrap a millennia ago. Just in case, his superiors had him undergo the Headmaster process and is now binary-bonded with Kut, a Nebulan fencer who considers himself to have been born a Decepticon and wishes he could have a 20ft tall metal body all to himself someday, to keep an eye on Top-Notch, making sure that he doesn't have any second thoughts. Top-Notch just sees him as a partner, but Kut can never be too sure if his partner is leaning towards the opposite side.

Weapons/Abilities: Subject has above average intelligence and is an adept spotter. He has undergone the Headmaster process. In helicopter mode, has maximum speed of 1,150 mph and is equipped with concussion rockets. In robot mode, subject is equipped with a plasma grenade launcher in both modes, capable of turning the strongest armor into superheated slag. 

Weaknesses: Subject has below-average strength in robot mode and is prone to getting into sudden tirades with Kut which can hinder their focus during the wrong times.
